6.8KW Photovoltaic solar system monocrystalline panels 7.2KW 48V hybrid pure wave inverter with double MPPT 80Acharge controller

This solar photovoltaic kit consisting of solar panels and the 7.2KW MAX7 hybrid pure wave inverter with MPPT technology is ideal for starting a photovoltaic system for your home. The 430W Photovoltaic Solar Panels used are particularly robust modules; the connection can be made from the cables present on the junction box on the back of the photovoltaic panel, through MC4 connectors (present in the kit). The Max7 inverter is a high frequency inverter / battery charger designed to meet all the needs that the STORAGE market for photovoltaic systems requires today. No structure is provided for supporting the photovoltaic modules. The modules have an aluminum frame that allows easy anchoring to your solar module support structure.

Inverter

The new hybrid pure wave inverter MAX7 is a 7.2KW 48V inverter with 80A high frequency battery charger function and 80A MPPT dual input charge controller for photovoltaic panels designed to meet all the needs that the STORAGE market for photovoltaic systems today day requires.

  • It has a double MPPT input that allows you to connect a maximum photovoltaic power of 8KW.
  • It has an LED bar that changes color according to the source of withdrawal (photovoltaic, grid or battery).
  • The inverter can be connected in parallel with other machines (up to 6 inverters).
  • Integrated wifi monitoring system that allows you to monitor the system via APP.
  • Replaceable fans.

The inverter can operate both in UPS mode, thus giving priority to the electricity grid and subsequently to the batteries in the event of a black-out; both in inverter mode, giving priority to the batteries or even to the photovoltaic generator and subsequently to the electricity grid in case the renewable sources are unable to supply energy, all following a logic of events that can be programmed via the display.

The MPPT (Maximum Power Point tracking) technology adopted, thanks to an advanced tracking algorithm, allows the solar module to operate at ideal voltage and to produce the maximum available power. Compared to the conventional PWM regulator, MPPT technology increases the charging efficiency by up to 30% and decreases the solar power required for charging.

Max7 Operation in Inverter Mode with Grid Switching

The MAX7 inverter, having connected it to the solar panels and programming it in photovoltaic inverter mode, powers the loads by drawing energy directly from the photovoltaic system. In the event that the electricity from the photovoltaic system is not sufficient to power the loads, the inverter will also draw energy from the batteries. The inverter will switch to the grid or generator when the photovoltaic or battery power is unable to power the load.
Thanks to the presence of an integrated 80A MPPT charge controller with a voltage range of 90-450Vdc and with two MPPT inputs, it is possible to connect photovoltaic panels up to a maximum power of 8KW (4KW x 2), thus saving time and wiring during the installation phase.

Inverter operation in Off-Grid Mode

In areas where there is no national electricity grid, the MAX7 solar photovoltaic inverter is an excellent solution to build an island photovoltaic system in a simple and fast way, thanks to the presence of a charge controller inside it.
In this operating mode it is necessary to connect the batteries to the inverter in order to provide stable energy to the load and have a stable system.

Operation of the MAX7 in UPS Mode

In the event that there are areas where there is an unstable power line with possible power supply interruptions, the MAX7, through a special programming using the buttons on the front panel or via a computer, is also capable of operating as a UPS allowing continuity of the service. power supply to your loads avoiding unpleasant situations. Switching from the mains to the batteries is completely imperceptible, avoiding the annoying problem of switching off loads during their operation.
In addition, the inverter can be programmed, the input voltage range, to safeguard loads sensitive to voltage fluctuations from the grid.
