Solar Hybrid Inverter 5000W 48V 5000VA MPPT 80A charge controller integrated
The new ED50MPII hybrid inverter is a 5KW 48V inverter with a 60A high frequency battery charger function and an 80A MPPT charge controller for photovoltaic panels designed to meet all the needs that the STORAGE market for photovoltaic systems requires today.
The Edison series inverters, can operate both in UPS mode, thus giving priority to the electricity grid and subsequently to the batteries in case of blackout; both in inverter mode giving priority to the batteries or even to the photovoltaic generator and then to the electricity grid in case the renewable sources are not able to supply energy, all following a logic of events that can be programmed through the display.
The novelty of this new version is the possibility to work even without batteries , directly from photovoltaic, generator or power supply.
The MPPT (Maximum Power Point tracking) technology adopted, thanks to an advanced tracking algorithm, allows the solar module to operate at the ideal voltage and to produce the maximum available power. Compared to the conventional PWM controller, MPPT technology increases the charge efficiency by up to 30% and reduces the solar power required for charging.
Dell Edison V2 Operation in Inverter Mode with Electric Network Switching
The Edison V2 inverter, having connected it to the solar panels and programming it in photovoltaic inverter mode, feeds the loads by withdrawing energy directly from the photovoltaic system. In the event that the electrical energy from the photovoltaic system is not sufficient to supply the loads, the inverter will also draw the energy from the batteries. The edison will switch to the grid or generator when the photovoltaic or battery energy is unable to supply the load.
Thanks to the presence of an integrated MPPT charge regulator of 80A with a voltage range of 120-450Vdc, a single string of photovoltaic panels can be created up to a maximum power of 4kW, saving time and wiring during the installation phase.
Dell Edison V2 Operation in Solar Inverter Mode Without Battery
The particularity of the EDISON V2 solar inverter is that it can work also WITHOUT BATTERY, but it is strictly necessary that the solar photovoltaic panels and the national grid are connected to the inverter.
The reason why both sources of energy supply must be connected to the inverter is because the production of photovoltaic panels may not be sufficient to feed the load or even unstable due to cloudiness and therefore the inverter will be able to continue to feed the load connecting to the national power grid.
Operation of the Edison V2 in Inverter Off-grid mode
In areas where the national electricity grid is not present, the Edison V2 solar photovoltaic inverter is an excellent solution for building an island photovoltaic system simply and quickly, thanks to the presence of a charge regulator present inside it.
In this operating mode it is necessary to connect the batteries to the inverter in order to provide a stable energy to the load and to have a stable system.
Funzionamento dell'Edison V2 in Modalità UPS
In case there are areas where there is an unstable power line with possible power supply interruptions, the Edison V2, through a special programming via the buttons on the front panel or via a computer, is able to work also as UPS allowing continuity of the service of supply of energy to your loads avoiding unpleasant situations. Switching from the mains to the batteries is completely imperceptible, avoiding the annoying problem of switching off loads during their operation.
In addition, the inverter can be programmed, the input voltage range, to safeguard loads sensitive to voltage fluctuations coming from the network.
Monitoraggio e Controllo Remoto
You can monitor and control your Edison V2 photovoltaic inverter both on site by connecting it to your computer with the supplied cables or using our WEB100 device (optional) if there is a WI-FI network. With the WEB100 you can, from anywhere in the world with your tablet, computer or smartphone, monitor and monitor the operating status of your inverter via the website www.energiasolare100.com.
